Melissa Zuniga

Melissa is a transactional paralegal with experience in both real estate and corporate matters. She assists attorneys and clients in entity formations, preparation of organizational documents and filings with the Secretary of State. She helps with purchase and sale agreements, contracts and ancillary documents for all types of transactions. Melissa assists in title and survey review, prepares closing documents, and coordinates with all parties involved in a transaction to make sure that each deal closes in a smooth and efficient manner. She is a native of San Antonio, Texas where she graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio and received her paralegal certification as well.
