BoyarMiller Promotes Attorney to Senior Associate

HOUSTON (January 10, 2019) – BoyarMiller announces Lyndsay Fincher has been promoted to senior associate.

A member of the firm’s Business Group, Lyndsay Fincher’s practice includes representing clients in a wide range of corporate and real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities, corporate restructuring, and finance. She is currently a board member of Camp For All Foundation and is a founding member of the firm’s “5 to 9: A Women’s Initiative.” Fincher is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston.
