About
Zach Bieganowski counsels clients through the difficulties that often accompany probate litigation. He assists with probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters. This includes drafting pleadings such as complaints and motions for summary judgment. He also provides thorough research of probate and trust issues to aid in drafting discovery responses.
Prior to working in law offices, Zach served as an Associate for Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills, entrusted with securing buyers and sellers for real estate transactions across Los Angeles, and reviewing and revising purchase and sale contracts. He is an avid runner and golfer who has traveled across Western Europe. Zach co-founded Happy Feet, a non-profit dedicated to washing the feet of individuals experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.
