HOUSTON (November 10, 2023) – BoyarMiller is proud to announce that the Houston Chronicle has named it to the Top Workplaces 2023 list for the first time.
The Top Workplaces program prioritizes employee well-being beyond conventional benefits and helps organizations of all sizes nurture employee potential and inspire performance. Based solely on employee feedback, employees are asked to complete a research-backed survey that rates their workplace on 15 culture drivers that are critical to success.
