About
Brent Pronger brings a strong background in law and business to his role as an associate in the Corporate M&A practice. He represents clients in general business matters including corporate formation and governance, conversions, restructuring, and contract negotiations.
Earning his Juris Doctor from the SMU Dedman School of Law, Brent served as Senior Articles Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. During his time at law school, Brent gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in Waco.
Brent graduated summa cum laude from Houston Baptist University, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He was also recognized as a Dunham Scholar—the highest award in the Archie W. Dunham College of Business.
In addition to his academic achievements, Brent was a three-year letterman in NCAA Division I baseball. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brent is an avid hunter and fisherman.
