Carl Stewart is a goal-oriented Corporate M&A attorney focused on helping clients advance their businesses through the development and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives. His practice includes all areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Carl worked in the oil and gas industry for several years providing him first-hand experience to the many complex corporate challenges facing clients. He is a former professional player for the National Football League.
