Dillon Breazeale

Dillon Breazeale is an associate in the firm’s litigation group focusing on commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. Before joining BoyarMiller, Dillon worked with private and public companies on issues spanning labor and employment, construction, real estate, and administrative grievances. Notably, Dillon contributed to drafting and filing key dispositive motions, including a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of Austin Independent School District that was granted by the court. As a member of the Advanced Appellate Litigation Clinic at South Texas College of Law Houston, Dillon additionally assisted with the preparation for an oral argument before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Dillon received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, as well as a minor in Philosophy, from Texas A&M University, where he graduated cum laude. Outside of his professional commitments, Dillon enjoys snowboarding, hiking, baseball, mountain biking, and traveling.
