Mary Pilson has deep experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. She helps clients by preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, and assists with corporate M&A specific business needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Mary served in various in-house legal roles in the oil and gas industry, managing and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, and advising on legal risks and business strategy. Having closely collaborated with company executives to ensure alignment on legal and business objectives in her previous roles, Mary takes a practical and business-minded approach to assisting clients.
