BoyarMiller Announces Executive Committee Update

HOUSTON (January 31, 2024) – BoyarMiller has added Shareholder Tiffany Melchers to the firm’s executive committee. Melchers practices in the Corporate M&A and Real Estate practice groups.

Melchers also leads one of the firm’s core strategic areas focused on processes and efficiencies that help the firm run in a smooth manner. She joined the firm in 2021 after practicing in the Houston area since 2012. Her practice is centered on all aspects of the commercial and industrial real estate industry and business transactions. She previously served as Associate General Counsel at University of Houston.

She received her JD from University of South Carolina School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University in South Carolina. She serves as current Board Chairman and sits on the Board of Trustees at the Presbyterian School Houston.
