BoyarMiller Promotes Travis L. Johnson to Senior Associate

HOUSTON (July 12, 2021) – BoyarMiller is excited to announce that Travis L. Johnson has been promoted to senior associate.

Corporate attorney Travis L. Johnson represents clients in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions and contracts. In 2021, Chambers and Partners recognized Johnson as an associate to watch in their prominent legal rankings.
Johnson graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He then attended Baylor Law School where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, cum laude, and was a member of Baylor Law School’s Order of the Barristers. Before joining BoyarMiller, Travis served as a judicial intern for Honorable Andrew S. Hanen of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
