BoyarMiller Shareholder Blake Royal Joins Executive Committee

HOUSTON (January 01, 2021) – BoyarMiller announces the appointment of Shareholder Blake Royal to the firm’s Executive Committee.
A member of the firm’s Business Group, Blake has spent his entire legal career at BoyarMiller. He started at BoyarMiller in 2007 after participating in the firm’s summer associate program, and he was elected shareholder in 2015. His practice is focused on commercial real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, and corporate and real estate finance.
Blake has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star for six years and is ranked by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers for his work in real estate law. He has also been named a “Top Lawyer” by Houstonia Magazine.
