Recently, the Texas Supreme Court set limitations on the discoverability of cellphone data in lawsuits, emphasizing the need for relevance. This decision helps curtail disputes and reduces costs associated with broad and irrelevant discovery requests, ensuring that only relevant cellphone data can be accessed.
